Application Procedures

Training Program Requirements:

 

Medical Student Program

  • Letter of good standing from your Dean's Office
  • Immunization record
  • One passport-sized photograph
  • Certification of professional insurance
  • Background check

Internship Program

  • Completed application (ERAS)

Residency Program

  • Completed Residency Application
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • A personal statement reflecting your professional goals
  • Copy of current curriculum vitae
  • Transcript of grades, class rank and Board scores
  • Passport-sized photo
  • Health Statement (a summary describing state of health and well-being)
  • Dean’s Letter
  • Copy of Intern evaluations from 3 rotations

Fellowship Program

  • Completed Fellowship Application
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • A personal statement reflecting your professional goals
  • Copy of current curriculum vitae
  • Transcript of grades, class rank and Board scores
  • Passport-sized photo
  • Health Statement (a summary describing state of health and well-being)
  • Dean’s Letter
  • Copy of Intern evaluations from 3 rotations
  • Complete copy of Resident evaluations (PGY 2 and PGY 3)
  • Internal Medicine Residency Program Director Letter
  • Research Paper (if completed)

Applicants with previous intern or resident training must submit a letter from the Program Director of the Department in which they have trained, outlining completed curriculum and confirming successful completion of the number of months.
