The employees at Largo Medical Center have proudly been serving the community since 1978, offering a broad range of medical services. We have continued to evolve and expand to accommodate not only the latest in medicine and technology, but also the growing medical needs of those of you in our community.

Largo Medical Center’s staff is continuously recognized by its patients, their families and by the many accolades we have received from national healthcare organizations. The hospital has been repeatedly ranked among the Top 100 U.S. Hospitals for overall care. It has earned the Top 100 designation specifically for our cardiovascular, orthopedic, stroke and intensive care services. In addition, we have received the gold seal of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. This nationwide seal of approval indicates that our hospital meets high performance standards.

Largo Medical Center is an accredited Chest Pain Center and Primary Stroke Center. We have outstanding expert physicians and staff employed in the Tampa Bay Heart Institute, the Florida Knee and Orthopedic Pavilion, the Florida Breast Institute, the Cancer Program and Spine Care Center.
